Of course! Although we'd love to keep returns rates as low as possible to be reduce our impact as much possible and to avoid waste, we understand sometimes sizes and photos can be tricky, so you have 30 days to return your products for free, no questions asked.

We offer a lifetime warranty on every product. Our shoes are made to last. If something goes wrong we will assist you and repair / exchange your shoes.

Yes! Just send us an email and we will handle the exchange. We usually keep one or two pairs in stock to make the exchanges faster.

Yes. We only work with the best and more lasting materials available in the market. All our shoes are made in a family-owned workshop, in Valencia (Spain, Europe), 300km from our office, where we go regularly to ensure that everything is done in the right way.
